My favorite movie of 2004 has to be,
Motorcycle Diaries
It is so inspring that I could watch it over and over again.
I hope it wins a Oscar or at least a nomination. |

So far, mine is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and the runner up is Collateral. There are a handful of movies I'm highly anxious to see, but I haven't gotten a chance to yet, especially Million Dollar Baby and Moolaade. _________________ "If you're talking about censorship, and what things should be shown and what things shouldn't be shown, I've said that as an artist you have no social responsibility whatsoever."

Wait...if pesty_ramona is a shill, then why is she shilling for different studios? Should we try her for treason? _________________ Danny Baldwin

Pesty's a shill? Oh why must disillusionment ache so? _________________ "If you're talking about censorship, and what things should be shown and what things shouldn't be shown, I've said that as an artist you have no social responsibility whatsoever."

Yeah, Beltmann informed me when I mistaked her for the real thing in a Girl Next Door thread. _________________ Danny Baldwin

Oh well, no reason this can't be a legitimate thread. I forgot to list Code 46 as one of the movies I really really want to see but haven't. Is is on DVD yet? _________________ "If you're talking about censorship, and what things should be shown and what things shouldn't be shown, I've said that as an artist you have no social responsibility whatsoever."

I'm dying to see Code 46 as well, and would add 9 Songs to the list. I think Winterbottom is one of the most vital, interesting filmmakers working today.

I've composed a haiku to express by sense of betrayal:
pesty_ramona--
faux cineaste for a buck.
Shame! What would Bev say? _________________ "If you're talking about censorship, and what things should be shown and what things shouldn't be shown, I've said that as an artist you have no social responsibility whatsoever."

Me too. I've had it in my Netflix "coming soon" queue for ages. I'm not sure if it ever played in San Diego. _________________ Danny Baldwin
