Well, the 14th inning is about to begin in the Yankees/Sox game. Crazy stuff, but both sides have suffered from bouts of bad decision. This needs to end so I can start my homework sometime soon. Ideal scenario: Boston wins this one and another and then the Yanks take it. The curse's effect on Bostonians is just too priceless. Maybe it'll make John Kerry rage and then lose some electorial votes? I love some of the people they show on TV in the stands; I never knew some old grannys could make such ferocious faces...

I turned it on in the 6th and thought it would be a brief commitment... but the last few hours were a glorious diversion. Alas, I fear it will not be enough for my beloved Sox.

Well, here we go. 3 games to 2. It would be amazing, though, if the Sox could pull it off in Yankee stadium.

Good golly! Looks like Johnny Damon has sent the BoSox to the Series for the first time in eighteen years with a magnificent multi-homerun game (one which he definitely needed: his slump during the ALCS was making me cringe). Down with the Yankees!!!

This is amazing. However, as my Red Sox fanboy friend put it: "I won't be comfortable until they've [The Red Sox] got a 20 run lead or 5 full minutes after the game."
