No, but I did see something similar once after eating some bad seafood in the Yucatan. _________________ Rattlesnake's Texas Cobra, you sonofabitch! |

I dunno if I'll be buying the R or unrated edition. Whatever they have, I suppose. _________________ Danny Baldwin

I loved The Girl Next Door! I even saw it twice in theaters. But I hate those marketing stunts that studios put out in all of their DVDs. You know, those movies that include the tagline "the version you've never seen before" below the movie title. I think that's a huge rip-off. But whatever. Of course I'll be buying the unrated version. Although, I think the unrated version will end up being like the other unrated versions, such as: Bad Santa, American Pie, or My Boss' Daughter. _________________ - Oscar V.

It seemed as if the movie was in theaters for two weeks. I remember one night, not long after it was released, it wasn't playing anymore in any of the theaters around me. Oh well... Maybe I'll give it a shot on DVD. _________________ "A film is - or should be - more like music than like fiction. It should be a progression of moods and feelings. Just watched it a second time. I liked it better the first because of the surprise, but it's still every bit as witty as I originally stated it to be. Still my favorite of the year (take that, Beltmann!). _________________ Danny Baldwin

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Fine, how about I exemplify my knowledge with the handy thesaurus, which will inform you that The Girl Next Door is: amusing, bright, brilliant, campy, clever, crazy, diverting, droll, entertaining, epigrammatic, facetious, fanciful, funny, gay, humorous, ingenious, intelligent, jocose, jocular, joshing, keen, lively, original, penetrating, piercing, piquant, quick-witted, scintillating, screaming, slapstick, sparkling, waggish, whimsical.
I think most of those terms apply. (Note that I took out "rediculous").
