Has anyone noticed how strangely this second last scene in the movie was emphasised?

Burnam gets framed outside, Sarah tells her father that everything is going to be allright and then we get a shot where the camera pulls in to Jodies face, establishes a connection to Burnam outside, and finishes with that curious blink of hers down and back up. Is it just me who thinks that something like is no accident? Isn't there something behind this that's supposed to give us a conclusion or something? Its at the climax of the soundtrack, there's gotta be more to it.
