I have been around the message board community for some time and one of the best things I have ever seen would probably be the ability to rename ourselves but still keeping the ranking system the same. For example, some kid comes and doesn't want the "Grip" title. He changes his title to something relativeley irrelavent to movies or something, doesn't matter what, but the system could block him from changing his title to that of Director or Studio Exec., or a higher rank. Then there is always the default button.

Just a thought.
