Great album. I discovered Case years ago, but only started getting into her stuff by way of her collaboration with the New Pornographers.

That cd is great. Butcher the Song has to be the best song on it.

I bought that CD on a limb, never having heard Cursive before, and was blown away  . I'd never heard such a beautiful piece of music through a transition until I had given a listen to "A Gentleman Caller" on The Ugly Organ, and ever since then, I get goosebumps when I hear the first cello notes. Since then, I've bought Domestica, The Storms of Early Summer, and Burst and Bloom.
